Across the ocean,,,,,

The last port of call for me in United Kingdom is Edinburgh, Scotland. After this we will be heading up north towards north sea then west across the Atlantic ocean head towards United State, this journey will take about 9 days…and weather forecasted that it will be a rough weather ahead of us…well crossing the Atlantic ocean for me this is the second time…my first time was using the south route, but this time was using the north route…going to US was like everyone dreams on this ship…as things over there were cheaper but many preparation needed to be done before enter into US waters..I believe that through 9 days things will be prepared and a smooth sailing will be awaiting for us …for me I just hope that can go to more new ports for me…like those ports in Canada and US…really wish can pass the statue of liberty and take a visit to new York city…heh…well lets put our engine on full speed ahead…goodbye UK and US here we come…

southampton....

its a day pass my birthday...so im also quite lucky that this was a good port and the stuff here consider convenient...thought it was quite a tiring day...wake up at 1.30am in the morning start work till 8am because of wanna go n look around the city so went out till 5pm came back...have not much sleep at all...but i guess sometime is worth it...just a the end of the day i can make another place that i have visited...
so after my work n doing some research finally got the best choice which i think is worth...took the bus paid for 6pound for 2way n it takes about 1 hour to reach the city...if i took a cab then would be 5times the price but will took only 20mins time...reach to the west quay mall was quite big n there was program here n there..so it was quite happening also...just as this time it was the school mid-term holiday...so the town is kinda packed....coming back to the ship then con't to work again...haiz...but anyhow...enjoyed the day a the town area...well its a long n tired day for me...

my journey continue

well having to go in n out of the istanbul channel into the black sea was a fun things but the works and shift to be done its quite a lot…hence my journey continue to some where further…this time it’s the north Atlantic sea…aft going back to Egypt to load though of will be heading towards Italy again…but the ship is called towards atlantic area…which is towards UK ports…the journey was quite long its about 16days…which is towards Immingham,UK its somewhere at the middle of the whole UK…about the same latitude as Manchester…it summer…but because of the high latitude and winds from the north make the weather becomes cold…hope that this ship will have a few voyage here before its send o other place….i guess it’s a new place to explore for the shore leave…its my 1st time to UK as well…but my wallet will start to bleed…the conversion rate was quite high….

anOther sea area…

at last I can cover another sea area of the world…which is the black sea…the color wasn’t black its just the water density is more…I guess its enclose in a area…but well in order to get into the black sea we spent about 2 weeks time in waiting and transiting….but I guess the waiting is worthy…and a place which I pass its really nice and beautiful that is Istanbul…hope to pay a visit there some day…along the strait the east side is consider the asia side and the west side is consider the Europe side, thought both of it is still the same…the bridge is the short-cut which connect the asia continent and Europe continent…when transiting in din have the chance to take picture…hope that when transiting out tat time got the chance to take some of the landscape picture of istanbul…

First destination…

Aft departing from Lavera France, my ship had the orders to set sail towards Egypt..and it took about 4 and a half days journey to reach there…thought of can getting down a pay a visit to the town called Alexandra…upon reaching only know that the place of loading the cargo is about 5 miles off the shore..so there is no shore leave for everyone…well as we travel south easterly the weather seem to be getting warmer…and I guess its also the change of the season as well…don really like the hot hot sun..thought for working is more comfortable as no need of wearing all the winter clothing… but the intensive heat from the sun really felt like been burn…well as time pass I am also getting use with the people and environment..as my ship got 9 nationality men and women…

a day a france..

the ship is not here yet..so had a night stay at a france in a town called Martigues. Its a small and quite town setted at the southen part of france.The town sits astride the Canal de Caronte, which will lead to the medi sea, its a very nice and colourful town...i would say tat its a kind of quite town and its good for relaxing and have to enjoy some franch inner part...most of the shops closes at sunset..so its quite in the late evening...had a walk around the town for an hour because its too quite n felt unsafe..so had to head back to hotel...its good that the hotel im in had wifi..so can online for the last time before set foot out to the sea...the ship is scheduel to berth at about 2000hrs so im all pack and set to join this ship and to start a new journey ahead of me...may I have a smooth sailing, learn quick and be a full 3rd mate...

My journey begins….

My heart had a feeling of heavy but my mind was to get started with my work and life,as the body just have to follow one n not the other or both. I am not willing to leave at this time but its not my call..but just to follow again…always heavy heart to leave my lovely hometown, family and friends.. So tats it im off again and this time will be for about 6-7 months..but I’ll sure will be back by November. this time my flight route is from Singapore to Amsterdam then only to Marseille it will be taking about 15 hrs of flight time in total…this is my first time to France so im quite worried about how to communicate with them, its quite hard and challenging to go to a foreign place…as per the schedule I’ll be on land till the 19th be4 boarding to the ship…my ship name will be called eagle stealth. Finally just to wish everyone happy birthday, happy holiday, happy anniversary and happy marriage..i’ll won’t be around or my wishes maybe not reach on time…all the best in everything and May God bless you all….
